Cancellation Policy:

Post-Access: Once access to the course has been granted, cancellations are no longer permitted.

Pre-Access: If no one has accessed the course materials, you may cancel your order within 24 hours (i.e., if course access has not been issued by the HBM e-University team).

Refund Requests:

Processing Time: After submitting a refund request, please allow up to one business day for us to make a decision. Once approved, the refund will be processed within 1-3 business days.
